Germany
Born behind the Berlin Wall in 1989, surrounded from US troops - guarded by erich.
Took my first steps into digital-something when I was 6 years old - I drew a naked homunculus with a machine gun and exploding planes in the background. Then there was this incredible long ms paint phase where i just drew the titanic over and over again.

Long before I became a serious computer-art-creating windows user I went to design school, to college and all I got was that t-shirt with "graphic designer of the year". I love long walks into areas with wild animals, because I am a wild animal myself (no I'm not...that was a lie, I usually don't leave my room). I commonly use 3d softwares because they are one dimension cooler than 2d softwares.
Interests
  • Mood: Neutral
  • Listening to: Patrick Cassidy's "Funeral March"
  • Reading: Vray papers and tech stuff.
  • Watching: The Grey
  • Playing: nothing
  • Eating: noodles
  • Drinking: water
BRETHREN AND SISTERS,

You might know that I create fancy looking 3d images and release two or three of them in a good year.... (not that I'm that busy..... it's more lack of motivation and ideas)
So 3DTotal asked if I could write something about the overall philosophy behind environments and scenes and I contributed a few sentences... environments in a nutshell if you will.

I've totaly forgotten what I've written, it must be something like a hidden step by step tutorial which discribes how to become rich through digital art in less than 2 weeks .... I Promise, it's very good looking and there are great artists in it, like Toni Bratincevic, Pascal Blanche (who also made the cover artwork), Marek Denko and many others... all of them great - that's why they call it digital art MASTERS... because everyone in it is a MASTER. And maybe (just maybe... I don't have it yet, should be arrive in the next days/weeks) some of these masters tell you their dirty little CG tricks, what might improve your work a bit ;)

So buy it. Now.
(my advertising course at college was worth every penny)

BY THE WAY:
there's a picture of me in it.... and I wear glasses and a beard... I look like a handsome hipster guy from berlin. You really should buy it.

AND:
I'm working on a new artwork right now. just fyi.
